INTERNET ACCESS AND VoIP SERVICES : THE COMPANY

° IXcom,
through local subsidiaries, develops Broadband Internet
Access and VoIP Services, in particular
in African countries.
° IXcom operates the first WiMAX
network in Niger
° IXcom Niger owns WiMAX License
(3.5 GHz WLL) for Niamey, allowing also VoIP
services exploitation. Marketing and production of these
services has begun in August 2005.
° IXcom Niger relies on IXcom
France hardware and software infrastructures (satellite
backbone, teleport facilities, specific IP telephony
switch).
° The Teleport is linked
to Paris – Telehouse 2 carrier Hotel that enables
high capacity Internet connections
and interconnections to many telephony operators.
